• The fire pit is located in the fenced-in yard off the side deck
• Firewood, fire starters, blankets, and a s’mores kit are provided

• A bed, couch blanket, bowls, treats, towels, and fenced-in yard

• A second entry with space for luggage, shoes, and coats
• Washer, dryer and steamer available for guest use

The Hideaway: Our three-season game shed (April 1 - November 1)

• Will Scarlet Beach, where our canoe is stored, is a 3-minute drive from the house

🍃 Specifics of the Space

1,400 sf across two levels, plus a finished mudroom/laundry room in the basement. Outside spaces include a game shed, patio, fire pit, and two decks.

First Floor
• Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area

• Queen bedroom
• A small deck off the living room leads to the fenced-in yard
• A larger deck off the front door

2nd Floor
• Primary bedroom

• Full bathroom with tub and shower

✏️ A Few Things to Know

• Rental Agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
• The Greenwood is a dog-friendly home, and while our housekeeping team takes care to thoroughly clean between stays, this home may not be the best fit if anyone in your group has a severe pet allergy.
• The property is in a wooded residential neighborhood with convenient access to the main road, so some faint traffic sounds may be noticeable from the fenced-in yard. You may also spot local wildlife, including bears. Enjoy watching from a distance, and please don't approach or feed wild animals.
• Child safety items are provided, but as with any home, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and ensuring their safety.
• The fire pit and canoe are available for guest use. Children should be supervised around the fire pit and near the water.
